Product Description

CTx-2103 utilizes Cingulate’s innovative Precision Timed Release™ (PTR™) drug delivery platform technology to create a breakthrough formulation of buspirone, a compound approved by the FDA for the management of anxiety disorders or the short-term relief of the symptoms of anxiety. Formulations of CTx-2103 have been presented to the FDA via a pre-IND communication. Based on this feedback from the FDA, the Company will work towards a clinical and regulatory pathway with the goal to best serve the needs of patients with anxiety.
